He was most accommodating in the home test drive, and explained the various mechanics of the car I eventually purchased. I was very impressed by his positive attitude, his energy and willingness to make this customer feel very worthy! Very pleasant car-buying experience for me, and I am extremely pleased with the 2019 Hyundai Accent I chose, for the color of exterior and interior, the warranty given, and the comfort of the vehicle. Also since I paid cash for the car, the actual purchase process was fairly straightforward and reasonably quick. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience ending with a happy customer driving a beautiful, very affordable car. It was Tanner’s personality and willingness to work with me that finalized my decision to work with Regional Hyundai to buy my car. More

Dissatisfied Again! We had a very bad experience in February. In February we walked out when trying to buy a car with my son. Due to them trying to sell him a car that ha We had a very bad experience in February. In February we walked out when trying to buy a car with my son. Due to them trying to sell him a car that had major mechanical issues. We decided to go test drive another car today. We found one we liked. So we decided to go ahead and talk numbers. Unfortunately they did not offer a good price for the car and they tried to charge us 3% more interest than we were already pre-approved for. When I tried to explain the pre-approval the salesman was very condescending and told me that I had a pre-qualification not a pre-approval. However I knew I had a pre-approval and expected to get what I had been promised on my pre-approval. After walking out I called the lender and they explained why the pre-approval didn't sync up at the dealership. So we drove down the road to a different dealer different kind of car and we purchased a Buick Encore very similar to the Kona we had looked at for $3,000 less and we got the interest rate that we knew we were already pre-approved for. More

Finally got it redone and now there are two different types of tint on my car and it's got waves in it. Problem after problem from the get go. I even talked to the General manager at ome point and it was still no help. More
