I purchased a 2018 Hyundai sonata december 2017. Havent had any problems with the car except for the vents breaking just the center thing to move them side to side. Do to busy schedule its hard to find the time to take it in and be without a car for a whole day because they dont offer loaners. All the vents in the front ended breaking one by one at different times. When i finally took it in they misdiagnosed the problem said there were pieces of air vent clips even had their manager look at it and ge agreed believe his name is dwayne. In actuality it was pieces of the vent itself that had part numbers on it. Now we have warranty and even purchased exteneded one. The vents dont have impact marks or anything on them. Yet every time i have gone in there and talked to them about it seems like im on trial and theyre grilling me about what i may have done wrong for that to happen. Like im going to intentionally break something in a car that i work so hard for. The second time i didnt received a follow up call or anything a month went buy so i went in and talked to them due to all of them being broke they said no. Like its not possible that i got the lemon with bad vents. I talked to the manager then he said he would resubmit it and would call me within a week this was over two weeks ago and still havent heard from them the car is mechanically fine as far as customer service i wouldnt recommend this dealer. Really nice when youre buying the car not so much when something breaks. More

ALL AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE! Would NOT recommend! My 21 year old daughter bought a car from a salesman named Joey. I don’t know if it’s because she is a young girl, but her whole experience has been negati year old daughter bought a car from a salesman named Joey. I don’t know if it’s because she is a young girl, but her whole experience has been negative. While purchasing the car, Joey asked her income in which she told him. When she went back to run the paperwork, he had told the finance department a totally inflated number, so they had to readjust the numbers. After driving away from the dealership, the check oil light came on, so she had to turn around, go back to the dealership, and have them change the oil. The battery in the key was so low she ended up having to buy a new one. She asked about a remote start and he said it would be $150- after the purchase was final, he changed that to $400+. She still wanted to do it, but he could never get her the exact information so she gave up. There were a few scratches on the car, in which he said he would get her a paint pen, and that it should arrive within a week. Three weeks later- no paint pen, and now his excuse is that it’s the parts department’s fault! She accidentally left our house key on the key ring with her trade-in key. She messaged him was the same day she bought the car and he said he would mail it. Three weeks later he now says he doesn’t know anything about it, and will look into it. However, I have the text message as proof that he should know about it. She also has never received the title to the car in order to pay the taxes and get it tagged and registered. She has messaged and called the dealership numerous times. One time when she asked to speak to Joey, they transferred her to some other man, who not only could not help her, but was extremely condescending and rude. Although I wanted her to handle this herself, I finally stepped in and called myself. After leaving a message for the person in their title department, she called me back and said that the title had been mailed out and according to the USPS website, we would be receiving it that very day. Three days later- NO TITLE! I called back today, and since it was the weekend, the title person was not there. I did get to speak to Joey who told me the title should reach us in plenty of time to get it registered before the temporary tags expire. However, IF it arrives the next day of mail service, she will have exactly one week before it expires- not exactly my idea of “plenty of time”. Unfortunately, if our experience so far is any indication of what we can expect in the future, I don’t have high hopes. I guess you live and learn, and we learned not to buy a car from Regional Hyundai. More
