My wife and I purchased a car on 12/15/20, with what we thought was awesome service. We waited until after the new year to receive the title due to the holidays. On 1/4/21 we both started calling trying to thought was awesome service. We waited until after the new year to receive the title due to the holidays. On 1/4/21 we both started calling trying to locate the title so we could get our TT&L taken care of before our paper tag ran out. Upon several attempts we would always get the same answer, “let us see what’s going on we will give you a call back”. Without ever receiving a return call. Finally on 1/22/21 my wife speaks to someone and they say, “ ok I will overnight you a new paper tag” at this time is not knowing any better didn’t think twice about it. On 1/24/21 we still hadn’t received the tag, however I needed the car to go to work. I was pulled over by a state trooper and I explained the situation, he proceeded to tell me that the 2nd tag would be illegal and would have impounded the car if it had been on there. Today me and my wife both call and call and finally my wife gets someone on the phone that magically fixed the situation somehow after I threatened to bring the car back. Apparently the title is going to be ready for pickup on 1/26/21. I hope everyone has better luck and good business with them if you choose to do so, but I won’t go back. More

Zero stars! Do not buy a used car from these guys. They are dishonest and their manager, Austin Ward, reneged on a deal. Two days ago their sales person contacted me stating they would sell a car for a are dishonest and their manager, Austin Ward, reneged on a deal. Two days ago their sales person contacted me stating they would sell a car for a specific out the door price. As out of state buyers we paid a deposit to secure the car for the agreed upon price. We flew 1300 miles to go and inspect the car and drive home. However when we got there the car was not as described (minor issues with alignment, cleanliness and paint) and more importantly they told us they would not honor the agreed upon deal and were increasing the price by $500 due to other buyers agreeing to pay $3000 more than we had agreed upon. They figured that because we flew 1300 miles and paid for a hotel they could extort an extra $500 from us. Well I refuse to do business with a morally corrupt organization and you should too. A man is only as good as his word and the word of Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow is not worth a penny. Their management team and Andy Ward are at best dishonest and at worst flat out liers. In addition their management team continued to show their disrespect by not wearing face masks in the open or when we were in discussions in a closed office. Hyundai corporation and the better business bureau will hear about this. More

THIS LOANER HAD A BAD TIRE BUT MY HUSBAND WAS TOLD DONT WORRY IT WAS GOING TO JUST BE A COUPLE HOURS... CAME OUT FROM WORK TO A FLAT TIRED LOANER! YOUR SALES PERSON WILL ALWAYS BE TOO BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER TO TALK TO YOU! APPLICATION HAD WRONG SPELLING FIRST TIME AROUND AND HAD TO CORRECT THAT. WHEN THE 30 DAYS WAS UP I CALLED FINANCING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. 2 DAYS LATER THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME FINANCING FELL THROUGH BECAUSE SOMEONE PUT IN THE WRONG SOCIAL SO THE BANK KICKED IT BACK AS FRAUD, WAS NOT TOLD BY ANYONE UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE, THEN WAS ASKED FOR SOCIALS AGAIN AND TOLD ME I POSSIBLY HAD TO RETURN THE CAR. NEXT DAY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO RUN CREDIT AGAIN BECAUSE IT EXPIRED DIDNT EVEN TELL ME TIL I GOT NOTICES FROM MY CREDIT CARDS TELLING ME A LENDER WAS PULLING CREDIT AGAIN. KEEP IN MIND THEY SOLD MY CAR, WENT BACK TO THAT CUSTOMER AND HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK FROM THEM. SOMEONE STOLE MY ORIGINAL FLOOR MATS THAT CAME WITH MY CAR,FROM MY CAR AND I WAS TOLD TO GO PURCHASE GENERIC OREILLY FLOOR MATS AND THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME UPON SHOWING A RECEIPT! AT THIS POINT I WAS DONE! I BROUGHT THEM THE TUCSON AND TOOK MY CAR BACK! I WENT TO JIM NORTON TOYOTA AND GOT A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WHICH WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE TUCSON, INTEREST RATE WAS HALF WHAT HYUNDAI OFFERED ME AND TOOK MY TRADE IN OFFER FOR THE SAME AMOUNT NO PROBLEM! I WAS GIVEN PERSONAL CELL INFORMATION SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO CALL AND SIT AND TWIDDLE MY THUMBS HOPING FOR A CALL BACK, NO BEAT AROUND THE BUSH. HYUNDAI LOST 2 CUSTOMERS LAST NIGHT! TOYOTA GAVE ME LOWER PAYMENT, LOWER INTEREST, SAME AMOUNT OF COVERAGE WITH GAP AND WARRANTY PLUS MORE, A BRAND NEW CAR, AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HIDE PRETENDING TO BE A SALES PERSON AND LISTEN TO FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN AND NOT STEP IN LIKE HYUNDAI! THE MANAGERS ARE IN PLAIN SIGHT! HYUNDAI WILL TELL YOU THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT AROUND EVEN WHEN THEY ARE STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! IF YOU WANT TO BE CONSIDERED A VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND SOMEONE WHO A DEALER WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP AND TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN BEING AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY STEAL YOUR THINGS AND THEN SPIT YOU OUT TO FEND FOR YOURSELVES! THIS WAS ONE MONTH OF FRUSTRATION, REGRET, AND MISERY! CREDIT PULLED MULTIPLE TIMES, CAR AND TAGS LATE ON PAYMENTS BECAUSE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! David was instrumental in the purchase of my vehicle. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. After the sale he was still engaging to ensure that I was completely satisfied! The reason the dealer only received 4 stars is because when I took ownership of the vehicle, after it was detailed, there was paint overspray from somewhere on the truck. While David did offer to take care of it, I just didn’t not have the time right then. Zack in the finance office was also very amazing and patient with me while I was deciding on this purchase. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience!! More
