From the moment Jake called me, after I had reached out to the dealership through the internet, it was a wonderful experience. I had spoken with many car dealerships trying to find the right price for me to the dealership through the internet, it was a wonderful experience. I had spoken with many car dealerships trying to find the right price for me and Jake just had that honesty and sincerity about him when speaking with him over the phone that I knew I could trust him. I was buying a car from out of state and he helped me with all my questions, concerns and fears. He actually made the buying process so nice and easy. He picked me up at the airport and instantly made me feel at home. When we got to the dealership, everyone was friendly and everything went so smoothly from signing the papers and financing and having my car clean and ready for me to drive away in what I believe seemed to be less than an hour. Jake is a real Gem. I couldn't have asked for better service-and I am very happy with my vehicle- I love it! Jake had everything taken care of when I arrived, very organized- it was truly a grand time- they treated me like royalty! And Zach in the financial department was wonderful as well! I definitely would recommend Jake and Regional Hyundai to anyone!! More

Jake reached out by email initially, I could not get around to replying until late at night, but I did reply and discussed openly my situation of having filed bankruptcy during Covid and driving my dyin around to replying until late at night, but I did reply and discussed openly my situation of having filed bankruptcy during Covid and driving my dying fathers old Ford pick up. Jake replied with such empathy and hopefulness unlike the other Hyundai dealership. It was because of Jake’s empathy and understanding and extremely knowledgeable of his product that ultimately led me to purchasing a car that I had not even test driven. And I couldn’t be happier. DON’T buy from here...my first online vehicle purchase & last after this experience...first it took too long to get the financing official after I had sent thousands of dollars up front for down payment, th last after this experience...first it took too long to get the financing official after I had sent thousands of dollars up front for down payment, then took lil longer for them to get truck shipped to us, truck gets to us filthy inside & out, there was personal trash including a used face mask & styrofoam cup & other trash in console, a childs school excuse in glove box, outside was dirty, wheels were black, as my husband was cleaning the truck we found the roof was scraped really bad which we were not told about it, I called talked to couple different Zachs who said sorry let me see what I can do for u, then didn’t wanna answer my texts/calls, finally was told nothing they could do but buy the truck back but not what we paid for it 😡 horrible customer care More
