I am never one to write reviews unless they are bad, as a way warn someone about a place. I am so overly blown away by Jake’s professionalism, kindness, hard work and attention during my car buying process. way warn someone about a place. Jake is not your typical salesman as the typical salesman only cares about making the sale. I feel as I have known Jake for 10 years and I have just been working with him for a week. I thank you Jake from the bottom of my heart for putting up with all my stressful crap, excessive cursing 🤪😂 and indecisiveness. Thank you for taking out the time to explain the process so well for me, for being so honest and upfront and for working your tail off. As well as responding to me on your day off 😁. Your off to do great things in your life, I just know it! You might be able to teach a guy how to sale a car but the qualities you bring to the table, just can’t be taught to someone. I cannot express enough dissatisfaction towards the sales manager and dealership as a whole. I texted and emailed with a sales rep about a specific vehicle and agreed to purchase a 2021 vehicle at a price of manager and dealership as a whole. I texted and emailed with a sales rep about a specific vehicle and agreed to purchase a 2021 vehicle at a price of 23,798 in addition to the negative equity that would be owed on my trade-in totaling 24,998 minus any discounts they could give me. Emailed my 10 day pay off twice before I got there and had a hard copy printed off when I arrived. Drove over two hours, and was happily surprised that I paid 3,000 less then what I had intended to pay. Paid requested amount in cash to only find out 4 days later that a clerical mistake was made and they never figured in the payoff for my vehicle that I was trading in. Instead of asking to contract a new deal and pay the internet advertised price for the vehicle I bought I was asked to pay the entire amount of my car note while concurrently purchasing my new vehicle at the MSRP of 32,000 essentially 11,000 more. The sales manager who was rude and degrading threatened that my credit would be damaged if I didn't comply and it wasn't until I spoke with their GM that I was treated with an ounce of respect and I agreed to pay 2,880 more and take a new 2020 vehicle instead with 3,000 miles that was used as a service vehicle at their dealership. The vehicle brought to me had 5,000 miles, one key fob instead of two, and a large amount of paint damage on the driver's side door handle. None of which was communicated to me beforehand. To say the whole experience was utterly distressing would be putting it lightly. As a Veteran and a nurse I have spent the majority of my life in the service of others and would never treat anyone the way I was treated here. Do not purchase a car from here if you're looking for respect and honesty from the people you're doing business with. More
