I went to this dealership to help my 23 year old son purchase his first car and to help build and establish his credit history being That he had a great score but limited history. Dakota, our sales r purchase his first car and to help build and establish his credit history being That he had a great score but limited history. Dakota, our sales representative was a pleasure to work with. We explained our needs to him from the beginning and he did everything to make sure that my son left the dealership with a vehicle while staying within his preset budget. We reached a deal after speaking with the manager Zach to which we agreed upon a predetermined price threshold not to go over. Myself, my son and even Dakota all thought that the price Zach presented was inclusive of everything minus tax, title and tag as confirmed by Zach. I had to leave my son at the dealership to get back to my business but felt comfortable we had made a deal. I even left my debit card with my son to make a down payment without me being present because I trusted Zachs word as he advised the number would not exceed the threshold we agreed upon. About 2 hours of not hearing from my son I called to ask how the process was going. He advised that the deal was complete and he was waiting for the vehicle which was being detailed. When I asked him about the final price of the vehicle he stated that it was about $14 more per month than Zach agreed to. I asked my son to let me speak with Dakota to inquire as to why the price had changed. He advised that after speaking with Zach he was advised that the GAP insurance had not been calculated into the cost. Myself, my son and Dakota were all confused by this because we heard differently from Zach when the final offer was accepted. As disappointed as I was that he did not hold true to his word in my absence, I asked Dakota if he could ask Zach at minimum for the inconvenience and extra $1k the dealership would make over the life of the loan to compensate us with a free oil change and he declined. I advised Dakota to ask Zach that if an extra oil change for a customer who just purchased a $26k vehicle which is essentially over $40k after finance charges was worth losing a customer for life and Zach still declined to offer the oil change for the misunderstanding. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I ever send anyone there. It’s not about the $14 monthly overage over stemming from a misunderstanding, it’s about the ease of letting a brand new customer leave unsatisfied and the unwillingness to satisfy the at customer with a measly oil change. I have purchased my previous 5 vehicle brand new all from Nissan and all through the same dealership. Not just because I love Nissans products but because this particular dealership made a mistake on my very first purchase and corrected it with a very minor gesture of free full service car washes for a year. This is before complimentary washes were a thing. I hope Zach was happy with the purchase because it will be the last time he ever sees us in that dealership for a purchase. More

They called a few weeks later in a hurry to get us in “to replace windshield” my husband drives 2 hours there to have this done. He was then ambushed and told the paperwork was never filed with the lender and would have to be redone at which point they tried to come back with different terms and hit our credit again. They finally get the terms correct redo paperwork. He asks about a windshield no one knows nothing about it. He leaves because now it’s late calls salesman he promises to replace it or send a check. We have tried once again to call and text no response. I have the in writing agreement to replace the windshield. This has been going on for a month. Go somewhere else I know I will. More
