I drove 4 hours to come pick a car up from this dealership. I had hiccup after hiccup with the bank and traffic, and they were more than patient and beyond helpful. Chris was awesome to work with! ! He was always willing to find answers to my questions and was prepared for my pickup (the car wasn’t immediately available but delivered two weeks l ! However the dealership is a different matter. I waited for two hours to pickup my car when it should have taken 30 minutes at most. I had already prepared the application and given my details for the deposit. Since my car wasn’t available for two weeks, EVERYTHING should have been completed prior to my arrival. It wasn’t and that wait did nothing but just xxxx me off!! I spent 20 minutes with the finance rep, who was great, because I only needed to sign paperwork. My transaction was the easiest deal to close but the wait was unprofessional, inexcusable, unbearable and just flat out ridiculous!! That wait makes me think that I will never do business with that dealership again!! If you have time to waste then this is your place. More
