Best Nissan Service Dept I am a 30 year+ customer and on my 4th Nissan car with Marshall (3 of them from Regal). Due to my very busy life style, I am usually only able to brin I am a 30 year+ customer and on my 4th Nissan car with Marshall (3 of them from Regal). Due to my very busy life style, I am usually only able to bring my car in for service on Saturdays. I try to only bring my car in on Saturdays that Marshall is working, due to our long history together & trusting it will get handled accordingly. He always is able to accommodate me, even when I show up later than scheduled. Which really means a lot to me. My life is hectic and crazy!! I trust his judgement and know he will treat me fairly and not try to do unnecessary repairs until they are needed. As a matter of fact my 1st new car original Salesman (Ron Meinert) is still working at Regal and Tom Zorn in Used Cars, plus a few others. This goes to show that not only is this a great dealership to buy from but a good place to work as well. Thank you Marshall for your loyal service!! More

I went there in the early 2000's and met Marshall Hadley who turned out to be one of my top three closet friends and from the my first trip there, I decided to go back and now all this family drivers are Nissans because of Marshall Hadley's leadership role taking are of our vehicles, making sure that they are in top shape. We have bought most of our Nissans at Regal Nissan and have referred family and friends there. My family uses Regal Nissan and they check to make sure Marshall is going to work that next day before they schedule to bring their cars in for services. He is the best and if he ever leaves Nissan, we will follow him and buy the cars that his dealership sells. He is just that good. More

Service Went Above and Beyond Initially I wasn't happy when this dealership told me that my passenger side air bag sensor that was defective wouldn't be covered under warranty. The Initially I wasn't happy when this dealership told me that my passenger side air bag sensor that was defective wouldn't be covered under warranty. The cost was going to be $2000 to repair. I appealed to Nissan and they told me they would not cover it under warranty because I was 9 months beyond the bumper to bumper warranty. I explained that they recalled almost 4 million vehicles with this same issue but they told me my VIN was not part of the recall so I would have to pay to repair it. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my Nissan that I had just purchased used. The service manager called me and said the warranty is something that Nissan controls and not them. He said they take their service ratings seriously and was wondering what he could do to help me. I explained my point of view and told him he should be my advocate with Nissan. I must say I was very impressed. He was my advocate and was able to get the repair covered under warranty. Kudo's to Regal for standing up for their customer. The repair work was all done in a very professional maner. Great work Regal. More
