Got the Job Done RIGHT Regal Nissan in Roswell as been my go to spot for any issue or concern I've had with my car ( minor ) I am received with positive friendly attitude ev Regal Nissan in Roswell as been my go to spot for any issue or concern I've had with my car ( minor ) I am received with positive friendly attitude every time. This time around I had a lot of work put in, So I was given a timely expectation for my vehicles wait time & was offered a ride home (which I took). Warren & the rest of the customer service people three earned my Five Stars from day one & Even now three years later I'm happy to continue my Five Star Rating with this location. A tire I came in because I had tire cut and I had purchased the safeguard warranty. Not only did they not have the tire in stock ( for the rogue, the most po I came in because I had tire cut and I had purchased the safeguard warranty. Not only did they not have the tire in stock ( for the rogue, the most popular car nissan sells in 2016 and they had nearly 60 on the lot, I counted while waiting.) I was treated multiple times as if I knew nothing and if I was really sure my tire had an issue. The warranties are a waste of your time and money at this place. Do not buy here or service here unless you absolutely have to. Bad business, bad service and bad attitudes. More
