Vehicle Service Previous experiences were great, however my last experience in late November 2016 was horrible. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am because the car wàs w Previous experiences were great, however my last experience in late November 2016 was horrible. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am because the car wàs wasn't driving properly. I was told that there was a transmission recall update on it and that should take care of the problem. I did not hear from anyone so I called around 1pm and 3pm. Someone finally called me back to say that the car wasn't ready. I came in at 6pm to find that the car wasn't ready because there was still an issue with the transmission and I would be put into a rental. Per the rental rep, all of the cars were reserved and he was not able to assist in getting me a car. Finally around 7pm, my car was ready. This was a major inconvenience as I had an appointment at 7pm an the appointment was 45 mins away. Hopefully this was a 1 time fluke and it doesn't happen again.Chris Dendy wasn't my service adviser, but he did his best to make sure that I was taken care of and get my car on the road safely. I appreciate Chris' customer service efforts. More
