From my initial contact with my contact with Regal to schedule an appointment, thru completion of my vehicle repair/service; Mr. Cooper provided clear explanation of all needed services and repairs and kept me informed throughout the repair process. His extensive knowledge was apparent as he quickly identified and prioritized the repairs/services needed to keep my vehicle running safely and identified additional items that needed monitoring and perhaps further repairs/service. Great service I was easily able to schedule a needed Factory Recall repair in advance. Dropped my car off to Nate in service who had all the info on my appointment, I was easily able to schedule a needed Factory Recall repair in advance.
