I am at a loss as after 3rd visits it still doesn't work .First they said there is problems with sensor , and now harness we told them to fix it after paying $500 for harness the code came back before even I reach home and now they are saying problem with computer I have never seen this kind of dummy service guys ever that they can’t find the problem , so we got money back and took car to Nissan Gwinnett place and they told us whoever fix the harness they broke the part inside car .please be aware of the Regal Nissan service department . I will never do business with Regal Nissan or Nissan in general again as they don't care about the brand or their customers. More

We purchased a used 2018 Tahoe a couple days ago and it was exactly what we wanted and the only one we could find in our area. The car had to be the dirtiest used car I’ve ever driven off of a lot. They showed a full inspection, service and detail on an invoice. The fact this is claimed is comical because there was no way they even attempted to clean the interior car before selling. Because it was what we wanted we decided to handle it ourselves and it was quite a task. I had to vacuum and shampoo all seats and carpets and spot treat several places to get it closer to clean. And to top off everything we noticed a crack in the windshield on our way home and I’m still waiting to see if they’re going to do anything about that. Regal your quality control sucks and you should check into your employees values to ensure that they have the best interest in creating repeat customers. More
The service department sucks. If it weren't for the recall, I wouldn't have brought it in. Made an appt for 10am and didn't get an estimate until after 3pm. Was then told their techs leave at 4 so recall, I wouldn't have brought it in. Made an appt for 10am and didn't get an estimate until after 3pm. Was then told their techs leave at 4 so they.wont be able to get.to it today. The next day I got.a revised invoice again after 3pm and was finally told it was ready.at 4:30pm. Not only.did he not apologize for the delay he didn't even offer to.discount my bill for the delay even though I asked. Im furious bc if He had told me that I might not get it back the same day I dropped it off, I would have cancelled and left. The Service Mgr said that keeping.vehicles overnight happens all the time bc they are so busy. But somehow keeping customers informed and offering compensation is beyond their capability. I will never step foot in this dealership again. I have additional complaints about their prices but gouging people is what dealerships do. More

Come to find out the extended warranty as its junk, worthless as I have a problem and they will not cover it!! Don't buy one from Nissan. My car that has a Nissan extended warranty has been in the shop 6 times to fix an A/C problem. Of the 6 visits they have replaced the some of the parts 2 times as they said it failed. We get the run around every time we bring it in. I am at a loss as after 6 visits it still doesn't work. The latest response is the computer is not providing an error code but when the A/C is on and blowing hot air. We can't fix it as we don't know what is wrong. But the A/C primary function is to blow cold air. I am at a loss as Nissan Corp told me the same thing. I will never do business with Regal Nissan or Nissan in general again as they don't care about the brand or their customers. More
Went to Georgia from Virginia to purchase a speciality car they had and enjoyed one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. I have been a customer for 30+ years and recently due to the Covid-19 pandemic have had to change Service Advisors. Luckily I was referred to Terry Kelly, who was an excellent replacement for Marshall Hadle the Covid-19 pandemic have had to change Service Advisors. Luckily I was referred to Terry Kelly, who was an excellent replacement for Marshall Hadley. Recently I needed some minor urgent quick fix repairs to both front and rear bumper skins due to some minor stupid mishaps! With my mother in a very frail state and dealing with my own health issues, I was able to call Terry to explain my situations going on. He was willing to have me come in to inspect both to review and assist me with some easy fixes until I have the time and strength to have more done if need be at a later date. Which I was super impressed and thankful! Thank you Terry for your honest & superb service to me and my car during my dyer need of time. I recently purchase a car and made my choice base on all the wrong information that was provided me by the salesman after we left that night we decided we going to return that car and chose another one more the wrong information that was provided me by the salesman after we left that night we decided we going to return that car and chose another one more expensive ,less mileage. and less years one day and they told me I had to trade it in and I lost all the fees I paid a day before, bought another car and had to pay all those fees again,I think they could have work with me a little better,the car I returned is back on the lot for almost the same price as before so disappointed .
