Great Experience This was my first experience with Regal and it was nothing less than exceptional. Made an appointment for the scheduled 5000 mile maintenance. Was planning on waiting for the completion of the service; however, the courtesy shuttle was recommended so I didn't have to sit on site. Warren, the shuttle driver was fantastic. Knowledgeable and excellent service. Will definitely continue to come back to Regal for all of my Nissan needs. More

They are great until you write their company review! I purchased a rear bumper protector from Regal Nissan...pretty basic part, right? It STICKS onto the bumper. However, I didn't know until I went to I purchased a rear bumper protector from Regal Nissan...pretty basic part, right? It STICKS onto the bumper. However, I didn't know until I went to put it onto my car that it did not with instructions. I found them on Nissan's Corporate site. They said to use a 'spacer' to place the protector from the back molding on the bumper. I called and spoke with 4 people at the dealership. NO ONE WOULD GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO ME. They said I needed to bring it in and pay for an hour of labor to have them install it??? Really...a $100 stick-on piece of plastic and instead of giving me the measurement of the space, they want me to drive to their dealership, make an appointment and go through that to stick it on the bumper? I am DISGUSTED with these people. I'll never buy another Nissan from them again! Horrible customer service. Very different than what it was right after I bought the car. They call you constantly - as soon as the survey was sent to rate my purchase experience, their CS went to crap. I get you guys...car salesman have a reputation for a reason! More
