He took the time to reassure us and let us know what time to return the next morning. While in the service center waiting area, Tylor saw me and came to check and make sure we where being taken care of. He even went to find out where our car was to get an update for us. If I lived close, I would definitely return to here. More
I had a service engine soon light come on in my frontier and was having a hard time finding somebody to look at it on a Saturday, but Regal had an opening so I made an appointment. The car was running perfectly other than the light coming on so I was surprised when they texted me their estimate to fix things that required immediate attention and saw that it was over $12,000 and included things I'd taken care of just a few weeks ago after an inspection from another Nissan dealer. These guys went as far as scrubbing off the wear indicator marks on my brand new wiper blades and trying to sell me new ones. They told me I needed to have my transmission totally replaced due to it throwing error codes, an alignment (done three weeks prior), a brake flush (done three weeks prior), and a slew of other services that they claimed needed to be done immediately. I took it into a transmission shop for a second opinion because of the amount of money and because there were a few red flags after recommending services I'd just had performed. Come to find out my truck needed a new battery, that cleared all of the error codes and they've stayed off, I didn't need to spend $8,000 on a new transmission from them, $100 on a new battery from Walmart took care of it. These guys are either inept or criminals, probably a little bit of both, my service rep was Armando Rodriguez, I'm guessing he makes a commission. Don't take your car here to be serviced. More
Sold me me a car that was in multiple accidents and didn’t inform me about them( looked on carfax before I both the car no accidents showed till 2 months after I purchased the car) and I had to find o didn’t inform me about them( looked on carfax before I both the car no accidents showed till 2 months after I purchased the car) and I had to find out after taking the bumper off finding out that it wasn’t and original Infiniti bumper. The car has went out on me 3-4 times spend hundreds of dollars on tows to them for them not to fix anything had them take it to an Infiniti dealership and found out it had over 10,000 worth of work needing to be done they gave me a warranty but the warranty only covers half of that. I called and talked to someone and he told me to bring the car in but don’t tell anyone it was messed up they probably was going to try to resell it to someone else. Most of everyone I’ve talked to is rude I got offered my down payment back or a Nissan. I was told that I was going to receive a call about getting my money back never been called back it’s been two months since I haven’t got a call back and I also cannot get in contact with anyone. The sales associate that sold me the car knew something was wrong and later texted me telling me to come to his new place of work to get a car. I thought this was a good honest place based on the reviews and obviously it’s not came for a Q50 I wasn’t interested in anything else and they basically committed fraud for selling me a messed up car and not informing me about any accidents that occurred or all the work that needed to be done on the car ! I went to Regal Nissan in Roswell looking for a new Nissan Rogue. The sales associate was trying to breakdown the monthly payment and was apparently encouraging to go for lease by providing extrapolate Nissan Rogue. I believe the intention was to make me believe lease is the best option to proceed with by giving false numbers. Suggestion to future buyers, if they provide any breakdown, please ask for the details and do your own calculations. More

Reaching out to share that John Grello was great to work with throughout our purchase experience. After leaving multiple voicemails and not hearing back from anyone, my daughter and I stopped by your dealership near your closing time on Monday, February 28, 2022. We almost walked out of your showroom when John walked over and asked how he could help us. John listened, was very responsive, and worked with us in a very customer focused manner. My daughter ended up buying her first car less than two days after our initial meeting with John. I am also posted these positive comments as five star reviews on DealerRater, Google, and Yelp. Regal went from a great place to buy a car over the past 15 years including 6 or 7 purchases. Not so good now in 2022. I have sent emails and left VM's with no response. I drive out of my way passing a closer Nissan dealer to give Regal my business. I have even driven from our FL home back to ATL to do business with Regal. Very disappointed that Regal like so much in our world has become so difficult to deal with. More
I wrote this review below on Google in 2018 when I bought a Nissan from Regal Nissan when I thought this was a decent place to do business. Things have really changed since then! They now charge a doc fee and have reverted to these ridiculous add on fees that where common in the days of the sleezeball car dealerships in the 1980's and 1990's. Not to mention they dont have a problem low balling your trade while charging above MSRP on new units. But then again I actually dealt with Ron Meinert last time and not these clowns Tyler and Michael "Stephen, Ron, Chris, and Alex were great! This is the way buying a car/truck should be! No Gimmicks! No add ons (environment protection plan or nitro filled tires, etc...)! No 1980's car selling tactics that many of the Metro Atlanta car dealerships try to use ! Everything was explained down to the last detail. Everyone was very professional and made you feel like you were part of their organization/family. I had wasted too much time dealing with two other Nissan dealerships and stumbled across Regal Nissan. I connected with Stephen and that guy got it done- no BS, straight forward! I filled out the financial app online and was able to do pretty much everything via text/email before I got to the dealership that evening. Finished up a few last details upon arrival and the deal was sealed. Chris Garcia is awesome! I have never sit down with a finance manager who looked out for my best interest. Most finance guys are sitting on the other side of the desk trying to nickel and dime you to help put money in their pocket....Overall if you want to buy a Nissan, make sure you go visit the boys at Regal Nissan."
