Excellent Customer Service!! I went to the service department at Regal Nissan to get some repairs on my vehicle. If that wasn't great enough, the shuttle service driver, Warren, was an amazing guy that made me feel comfortable. I was overall very satisfied with my experience today. Thank you! More

Warren, the shuttle driver, is such a delight to talk to, and it is a plus that he is a conversationalist. Thanks to the service crew for allowing a mother to leave her car overnight so she didn't have to drag her kid out close to bedtime to pick up the car. Let me just end this with how awesome the remodel looks! Who can I persuade to put Pepsi out in the mini-fridge!? Since I only have two thumbs, here's five stars to you! I will be back for sure.
