Service I thoroughly enjoyed my service at this location. It was my first time visiting and the facilities are beautiful. I thought I was in a Apple service I thoroughly enjoyed my service at this location. It was my first time visiting and the facilities are beautiful. I thought I was in a Apple service store because of the sleek look and space of the customer service lounge. The service representative Chris was extremely helpful. He called the transportation rep Warren to take me to local shopping while my car was being detailed and I can't tell you how awesome that was! I was not looking forward to sitting and doing nothing while I'm on vacation. I also had a scratch on my car and they even look at that for me. Warren was absolutely fabulous while telling me some local areas to visit while I'm here in the city. He was friendly and a pleasure to talk to and ride along with. Every time I am greeted by a friendly smile from Skipper, my technician. Letting me know what my car needs now and what can wait for the future. Plus they always include a complimentary car wash and vacuum at every service. Since I drop off my car in the morning before work I get a shuttle, and Warren is my driver. Very nice, friendly, and always on time. I have never had to wait more then 10 minutes. Amazing people at Regal Nissan. And the renovation that they did to dealership is so beautiful, and if you forget to have breakfast well do not fear. They have snacks and caffeine. Thank you, if only the people at the Dodge dealership in Roswell could be as amazing as you guys are, I also have a Jeep. I love Regal Nissan of Roswell. Do you guys sevice Jeep? More
