I thought I was in a Apple service I thoroughly enjoyed my service at this location. It was my first time visiting and the facilities are beautiful. I thought I was in a Apple service store because of the sleek look and space of the customer service lounge. The service representative Chris was extremely helpful. He called the transportation rep Warren to take me to local shopping while my car was being detailed and I can't tell you how awesome that was! I was not looking forward to sitting and doing nothing while I'm on vacation. I also had a scratch on my car and they even look at that for me. Warren was absolutely fabulous while telling me some local areas to visit while I'm here in the city. He was friendly and a pleasure to talk to and ride along with.
