The team at Honda Regal of Lakeland listened to what I wanted and needed. Instead of trying to show and sale me somthing I had no interest in. I found a 2017 Kia Sorento with low mileage on their website & applied experience was with Regal in S Lakeland. Meagan, Ed and Eric we’re fantastic! I found a 2017 Kia Sorento with low mileage on their website & applied online for financing. Received a call from Meagan saying I was good to go & asked when I could come test drive the car. I went in right away. Test drove the car & loved it. Went in and signed the paperwork. Process at the dealership might have taken an hour. It was seamless & the staff were all so very helpful and kind and personable. I could not be happier! More

Our first used car salesman was unprepared for our appointment and spent an hour finding the keys for the car we wanted to test drive (not his fault). Then he didn’t seem to care or be able to commun appointment and spent an hour finding the keys for the car we wanted to test drive (not his fault). Then he didn’t seem to care or be able to communicate with us what we wanted to know. He brought in another salesman who was great! Doug was the best. More
