Yadi Cintron was Awesome I was interested in a used Expedition advertised online. I submitted a request for information. Two different people contacted me by email, I asked my I was interested in a used Expedition advertised online. I submitted a request for information. Two different people contacted me by email, I asked my questions and neither got back with me. Then, a couple of days after that, Yadi Cintron contacted me by email to see if I needed anything. I told him that I had two people contact me but they never got back with me, he was very enthusiastic and said he would be happy to help me, and he did. Yadi answered all of my questions so well that I agreed to come in, which with Covid, I have not been going out, so it had to be worth my while before I would even agree to go to a dealership, much less one that is over an hour away from my home. Yadi gave me that sense of confidence that this was a good dealership and I had a knowledgeable sales professional helping me. I had the car checked out at a Ford Dealership and came back to Regal and signed a deal with Yadi. He did everything he could to make sure I was very happy with my purchase and I appreciate his willingness to do as much as he could possibly do to make me a happy buyer.
