purchased 2 expensive vehicles 2 years ago with around $5000.00 i extra coverage each. this is a joke every time you go in for something they told you was going to be covered it's not. do not buy the ext $5000.00 i extra coverage each. this is a joke every time you go in for something they told you was going to be covered it's not. do not buy the extra coverage !. dropped of yukon to have oil changed and all " covered" services done. Josh told us we might have to pay $100.00 deductible maybe. no one called like they said they would not one returned several text then none would answer the phone . called main number receptionist couldn't even get anyone in service to pick up. so when we showed up . it was done but to our surprise we had a $490.00 bill waiting! no one in charge was available to see us and the service guy Josh flat out lied about what he told us at drop off. $490.00 for trans flush and brake fluid change that we didn't ask for! because we said all "covered services due". So forced to pay to get the vehicle. and haven't heard any thing for OLE SAL yet certainly not yes ? More
