Service I was very disappointed with this service. First of all I had a appointment but had to wait 2 and a half hours!!! At almost 2 hours I was told by your associate that my car was almost finished but I continued to wait. I finally had to ask about it. The same associate said oh yea,, let me get your paperwork. He put it on the counter and walked away!!!! Didn’t even explain to me at all what they did to my car,,, didn’t say thank you, goodbye,, nothing!!! I will not be back. More

Service was good; recommendations we absurd.... I have always had good service and have purchased 4 autos in the last 5 years or so. I have found that the last few service calls there have been some issues. The service representative recc over $600 over pending service needs the $300 of it was done just 3 months ago. The other two was a battery replacement on my battery that is less than 3 years old and alignment which was the only one, in my estimation, that was legitimate. I called the service Representative back after I had check my previous service invoices, I explained this to the KIA rep that called me after the service, I have talked to the newest KIA service manager and still have some items to resolve. At present I have three cars that are taken to KIA service center when "sticker" indicates. More
