Exceptional service and people I have been a service customer of yours for the past 3 years - I received great customer service on my Kia Sorrento from Jeff and Jason and Dee, which I have been a service customer of yours for the past 3 years - I received great customer service on my Kia Sorrento from Jeff and Jason and Dee, which is why I always came back, I could depend on them. As my lease was nearing its end, I received conflicting information from KFMUSA, so I decided to come back to Regal to fid out the best method of closing out my lease. I was fortunate to find Greg Schmidt to assist me. He took time to answer my questions, determine if he could help me with another purchase, and even when he learned that I was not purchasing, he never changed his helpful attitude. As a result, I was able to close out my relationship with KFMusa, in an easy and beneficial manner. I really appreciated his assistance, advice and will certainly be willing to send him send him potential customers whenever I have the chance. HELPING OUT MY DAUGHTER I live in South Florida but my daughter goes to school @ Southeastern University there in Lakeland. When she was headed back to school from the Chris I live in South Florida but my daughter goes to school @ Southeastern University there in Lakeland. When she was headed back to school from the Christmas break she ran over something in the road and damaged her tire. She took it to a tire store there in town and they tried to sell her a off brand tire for almost $200.00. So I called Regal and spoke with Clayton in the parts department and he got her the matching factory tire for just over $100.00. THANK YOU Clayton and Derrick in service for taking care of a out of town college student. GREAT SERVICE AND THANKS FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING. A very thankful Dad!!!!! More

Three Years of Great Service!!! I started with a Sportage and upgraded to the Sorento. Then, my son needed a car, and I persuaded him that Kia was the way to go. My reasons are simple: Greg Schmidt has always been professional at each of our three purchases and offered me options that make financial sense for me. I feel he cares enough goes out of his way to acknowledge me whenever I come for service. Furthermore, I do ALL of the service at Regal because Angel, Glenn and Jeff are polite, address my concerns, and stay on top of my car/time needs. That on top of the value I get for my dollar. I cannot say enough about Regal Kia!!! More

He gave me his cell number and is always available when I have questions. Last week a light came on that indicated low tire pressure. I called Sam and he told me to bring it in to the Service Dept. I did and was helped right away by Jeff. He checked the tires and they were low. They corrected the problem and within a short time I was through. While there I chatted with Sam and Jeff brought me my keys to Sam's office. He shook my hand and explained everything. Another salesman came into the office and introduced himself. Before I located Sam when I arrived yet another salesman asked if he could help and answered a couple of my questions. My experience has been wonderful to date and I am sure will continue to be in the future! More

Even for an oil change, they're not more expensive than any other service place, but they will wash and vacuum my vehicle for the same price. If there's a recall on something, they will take care of it as well at the same time, since they have my full vehicle history on file. I did the best possible deal and experience when I bought my Sportage two years ago from Gregg Schmidt, and I've never had such good experience with any other dealer's service dept for all the vehicles I've owned so far, and that's many since I'm 56 years old. More
