I’m not pleased with the service center because my car is still doing what I told them it was doing before service. Only thing is it took a day for the problem to come back after I picked i because my car is still doing what I told them it was doing before service. Only thing is it took a day for the problem to come back after I picked it up from the service center. I have to miss work because they never have the parts for my car they always have to order them and they don’t even rush the delivery for the part. They have never offered a loaner or a rental and to me if your going to have someone’s car a few days you should offer that and not leave the customer scrambling trying to find a way to work. i hope to talk to the manager because I feel the technicians are just guessing on what’s wrong with my car. More

Great and very timely service I just got home from a very long road trip and needed the car thoroughly serviced. I knew after several thousand miles of mountain driving that my bre I just got home from a very long road trip and needed the car thoroughly serviced. I knew after several thousand miles of mountain driving that my breaks needed a complete check. They did need to be replaced and Regal completed the job quickly even though that was an unexpected add on to the service I needed. My car run perfectly, in part thanks to the Regal Service Department. More
