Very efficient check in Mario was my service guy and he was great. The only thing I get uncomfortable with is what the dealership tells the service rep to present to me when Mario was my service guy and he was great. The only thing I get uncomfortable with is what the dealership tells the service rep to present to me when I am there as what is recommended for service based on the mileage and age of my car. What was only supposed to be a simple oil change and tire rotation at the cost of around $60.00, by the time the other items were presented to me as "needed", I would have spent over $400.00! Not something I expected or could afford at the time although I left spending over $138.00. I have had cars with mileage over 150,000 and never had to do the type of service that was recommended. More

Exceeded expectations Deon Box was the salesperson who worked with my wife and I to buy our 2020 KIA Soul GT. Deon is very personable and friendly. Incomplete. Not checked over. I brought my newly purchased car to Regal’s service department because the antenna was leaking causing the floorboard to get wet (mainly noticed after I brought my newly purchased car to Regal’s service department because the antenna was leaking causing the floorboard to get wet (mainly noticed after running it through the car wash). I was told that the service team would clean my floorboards since they were super sticky from the soap leaking in from the car wash. Also when I purchased the car, it had some stains on the hood that forgot to be removed so I asked if I could get that done while my car was there. The service department kept my car for about 2 weeks, which was fine considering they gave me a rental to drive for the time being. Jarret was my service advisor. He was very friendly and when I spoke to him Saturday, he assured me that I would be very impressed with my car when I came to pick it up later that day.. When I got there one of the guys pulled my car up. They had parked it under a tree and it was sooo dirty. My car was definitely clean when I brought it in, and I expected it to be clean when I picked it up. They knew I was coming on Saturday for over a week.. That’s just rude if you ask me, and off the bat makes it seem like they don’t care about their customers. The guy wiped it off for me and I appreciated it, but it still put a bad taste in my mouth.. The first thing I checked were the floorboards. They were still sticky and had not been touched at all. It appeared as if the actual floor mats had been shampooed/vacuumed, and I can understand the miscommunication. However, Jarret should have checked over the car to ensure that wasn’t the case when I arrived. I checked to see the stains on the hood.. All still there. I asked the gentleman if they could remove the stains and he gladly took it back for them to touch the stains up. Whenever I left, the stains were still wet from where they had just wiped them, but a few days later I noticed the wet spots never went away... They stained it even worse than the previous stains. Needless to say, I was very unsatisfied with the results of my car. Especially since I was told that morning that it was ready to go, it looked great, and I’d be pleased with the work. Absolute xxxxxxxx. Nobody checked over this car to make sure it was good to go. Would not recommend! More
