Great Experience. Glad I bought my KIA I purchased my KIA Rio in December and I have to say, the main reason was my salesman, Sam Rager. He gave me his cell number and is always available when I have questions. Last week a light came on that indicated low tire pressure. I called Sam and he told me to bring it in to the Service Dept. I did and was helped right away by Jeff. He checked the tires and they were low. They corrected the problem and within a short time I was through. While there I chatted with Sam and Jeff brought me my keys to Sam's office. He shook my hand and explained everything. Another salesman came into the office and introduced himself. Before I located Sam when I arrived yet another salesman asked if he could help and answered a couple of my questions. My experience has been wonderful to date and I am sure will continue to be in the future! More

Even for an oil change, they're not more expensive than any other service place, but they will wash and vacuum my vehicle for the same price. If there's a recall on something, they will take care of it as well at the same time, since they have my full vehicle history on file. I did the best possible deal and experience when I bought my Sportage two years ago from Gregg Schmidt, and I've never had such good experience with any other dealer's service dept for all the vehicles I've owned so far, and that's many since I'm 56 years old. We were somewhat reluctant to deal with a dealership but put these fears aside when Gregg helped us in every phase of car ownership. We have much admiration and confidence in the products that KIA produces. However, Gregg's professional attitude and demeanor is what convinced us to buy a Sedona, a Rio followed with a purchase of the Sportage. I'm please with every aspect of involvement with this Franchise, Sales and Service Department. All of our maintenance was done in the Service Department and we were delighted with the friendly service and reasonable costs. More
