Kia has the best service department around. I had an 8:30 appointment on New Year’s Eve. I got there an hour early because an appointment I had earlier got me right in and out. Well Kia serv I had an 8:30 appointment on New Year’s Eve. I got there an hour early because an appointment I had earlier got me right in and out. Well Kia service department got me right in an hour early and had all my work done along with my vacuum and wash within an hour I was checked out and driving away before my actual 8:30 appt. Such great service. Everyone is so kind there too. More

Always good service I would buy again at Regal. It’s easy to get a convenient appointment for service, and the service is complete when promised. I just wish they had d I would buy again at Regal. The old reminder sticker was thrown on the floor, along with the backing from the new hand written sticker. Someone was in way too much of a hurry. More

Alternator Replacement I was unaware that my alternator was under warranty until I had replaced it myself. The replacement wasn’t good so I had to get it fixed at kia.
