My car kept dying My battery kept dying. I took car to Advance auto. They check battery. They said it was good. They said I need alternator.i replaced it. It still ke My battery kept dying. I took car to Advance auto. They check battery. They said it was good. They said I need alternator.i replaced it. It still kept dying. I took it to Honda Lakeland. Christie took me right in. They took me to work. Christie called me later that day.it was the battery. It had a dead cell. It would charge. It just wouldn't hold charge. Thanks Honda for getting me rolling again. More

My car was towed to your location for service Harold was amazing dealing with me as I was not happy my car was broke down. But he was able to calm me down and get things taken care of. Really pleased with how many improvements are in the 2019 vs 2015 Sorento. Have to add Jorge was the service agent on our 2015 and was always helpful and knowledgeable as well!
