Awesome I have been enjoying the customer service experience. I have had amazing encounters except this last time where my paper work was left sitting until I I have been enjoying the customer service experience. I truly appreciate Regal Honda staff and personnel but I wanted to point it out because I did not appreciate that incident. I will continue to be a customer and will encourage others to visit your business. Please address my concern. It is because of my previous experiences prior to this situation that is why I travel approximately 50 miles to your location as opposed to the closest location to me. Thank you advance. The color print-out exceeded my expectations and confirmed why I had been experiencing uneven tire wear. Handling has also improved with better control and quicker steering response. I feel better about buying new tires in the near future and that they will wear properly. More

Purchase of a new honda I came into the dealership for repairs on my 2016 Honda Accord, but was ambushed by a extremely pushy salesperson, who had no concerns for me - only m I came into the dealership for repairs on my 2016 Honda Accord, but was ambushed by a extremely pushy salesperson, who had no concerns for me - only making a huge profit and a sale. The salesperson was extremely pushy and used a scare tactic to talk me into a new car, which I didn't need or afford. He didn't want me to take time to research or talk with others and I made a very poor financial decision due to pressure, stress, and fear. The purchase price was way over the price online (paid $26,375 -Regal online price for the same car - $22,000) and I made a huge mistake in buying the car. My son came in the same afternoon and he received the same type of pressure, but was able to walk away (even after the salesman lowered his payments from $500 per month to $325 a month). I have purchased at least 8 cars at Regal and have never experienced this type of pressure. My purchases in the past have been from Doug Maynard - who is wonderful. I wish I could have gone down and talked with him before making this purchase. Your service department and Kyle Cook is the best, but I will never purchase another car from Regal (neither will my son). More

They did repair the a/c, but failed to checkout the other issues. They said they were to busy and we’d have to bring it back. More
