Chrissy was Great Came in with a nail in my tire. Chrissy pulled up my info and informed me there would be no charge. excellent service. Stephanie, service representative, had my paperwork at hand and immediately the MDX was picked up to address a code flashed on the screen. The sensor was replaced at no cost and the vehicle ready within two hours. And it is washed! Meanwhile, great popcorn and coffee selection in comfortable waiting area. Winter Haven Honda does not do the vacuuming, they only wash your car. So, to me, THAT makes a BIG difference!!! More
