Because of the pandemic and my age, getting my car battery changed without exposing myself to virus carriers might have been a challenge. Also, those employees around my car were wearing face covering. I did not like, at all, the initial interaction. For a potential warranty problem I was told I needed to pay $89. In the end, he took care of me, and I believe my vehicle was serviced well. I'm pleased with all phases from sales to service, except battery technician. He claimed to have serviced my battery 18 months ago. I called AAA and their technician said his device showed a bad cell and it was only cold cranking 300 when it should crank 500. I took it to Regal and your battery guy said there was nothing wrong with it. Less than a week later it failed again. That time I insisted they put in a new battery.
