The estimated price was the correct price they charged, then they hit me with the SURPRISE “shop supplies” for $16.00. Nobody could explain what supplies were used on my vehicle (that is brand new and has then they hit me with the SURPRISE “shop supplies” for $16.00. Nobody could explain what supplies were used on my vehicle (that is brand new and has less than 10k miles on it). I won’t be bringing any of my 3 Hondas back here for service, nor will my next purchase be made here. That is pure FRAUD. More

Happy with the service I received. I like Regal. I like the fact that they have a shuttle, so I don't have to stay at the dealership when my car is serviced. And, most of all....I l I like Regal.
