The wait, even with an appointment, took over 30 minutes to get assistance. With the coupon, I was supposed to have a multipoint inspection done on my vehicle, yet after waiting 2 hours for an oil change an to get assistance. With the coupon, I was supposed to have a multipoint inspection done on my vehicle, yet after waiting 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I did not get anything indicating that the multipoint inspection was even done. I had also requested that a check for any recalls or software updates be done. When my vehicle was ready, i asked about that and there were no notes that I had requested it. When the guy left and came back, his response made me think that he just told me he checked and there were no updates, but the feeling I got was that they were done and if there were any updates needed, it would not happen that day.
