I live in Orlando and after going to two Honda dealership and getting the run around specialy with Coggin Honda which was the worst. The reason we just got the 2012 Odyssey was due to the amazing knowledge of Justin Purdy and the always wonderful staff at Regal Honda in Lakeland. We recently purchased a 2012 Honda CRV EX-L from Regal Honda/Acura. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Regal. The previous salesman with Regal retired. Marlon was very accommodating to our situation as we were trading for the CRV as a new flat tow capable vehicle for our motorhome. We have owned five previous Honda products but were surprised with the numerous new features on the 2012 CRV. Marlon is a pleasantly low pressure salesman, yet very informative of the purchase/lease options and the vehicle options. When we completed the purchase transaction, Marlon took considerable time to familiarize us with, and configure the vehicles numerous features, ie- bluetooth, etc. to our preferences. I find the price reasonable, especially if you can find a coupone in one of the local magazines. The job is always done right the first time with the right parts and warrenty to go with it. If you arn't frendly here you most likely won't last long, because everyone at Regal is... And My car is always cleaned inside and out when handed back over to me... how cool is that!
