I give Chris and Travis "five stars" across the board! I live about an hour away and was originally working with another dealership to make a deal on a new '08 G6 GXP. I worked with the other dealership to work out the right price for 4 days and I was tired of the games. I looked online and found the same car at Regal (there were only 5 left in FL), but this one had even MORE options! I used the "Make an Offer" feature on their website, and Chris was in contact with me first thing in the morning. I told him what I had been dealing with at the other dealership and that I just wanted to best price he could give me without going back and forth. Within 15 minutes on THE PHONE (and not even having to go there), I was promised the car for thousands less than the other dealership had priced it at. I made plans to drive up the next day and pick up the car. When we got to Regal, it took less than an hour to get in and out of the dealership, and the paperwork and prices were EXACTLY as Chris quoted me over the phone with no surprises. All I had to do was sign the paperwork that Travis had prepared for me(which was pretty much waiting for me when I got there)! I even got an additional .25% discount on my rate because Travis had a "coupon" that MidFlorida had given him to use for Regal customers. So not only was it the fastest and most stress-free car deal I've ever made, I left feeling like it was fair. Chris is even keeping his eye out for a particular used car my husband is wanting to buy, and we'd be pleased to do business with him again when the time is right. More

There was no pressure to buy, I felt all of my questions were answered. After being insulted at another dealership we came to Regal a little wary, but after speaking to Spaso (salesman) and test driving the were answered. Great customer service. Turnaround time of quote was quick and did not require a lot of haggling. There was a closer dealer in the area but they were not willing to deal and work out price.
