I felt very comfortable in taking my time to make the right decision for me - no rush or pressure. Once I had selected the model of automobile that I wanted, Mr. Morrison and his manager worked to find the color combination I wanted even though it meant going across the state to obtain the exact match. I found the overall experience at Regal to be very positive and thorough. Both Adam and Jasmyn were very responsive and answered my questions promptly throughout the sales process. This dealership was a refreshing change from the GMC dealer in my hometown of Atlanta where I first attempted to purchase my vehicle via the Costco dealership network. The 470 mile drive each way was well worth it in order to deal with the fine folks at Regal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a fair price and very good people to work with. More

Two aspects of this transaction were very unsatisfactory. First. It took three hours for me to take delivery of the car even though the dealer/salesperson knew when I was arriving and we were dealing wit First. I was issued a temporary tag and advised to remind the salesperson a few days in advance if the permanent tag had not arrived. I telephoned the salesperson on August 31st to advise her that the tag had not arrived. She e-mailed me with the message that the tag agency was running behind but that she would stay on top of this issue. The temporary tag expired on September 6th and as of this writing, 1:07pm on September 9th, I have no tag. I telephoned the salesperson on September 8th to express my concern and she told me that she would call me back to let me know the status. She did not call me back but had an assistant e-mail me today saying that Regal mailed out the tag on the 8th and that I should have it on the 10th. I have a car that I cannot legally drive due to the sloppiness of the dealer. More
Third vehicle that I've leased or purchased with Billy Ray Morrison and everytime the experience has been as good as it gets. I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. (At 3pm on Dishonest: classic bait and switch On Monday, I looked at their web site. It showed eight Fit Sport manuals in stock priced at $16,495. (At 3pm on Tuesday, it still does.) Called them at 8:03pm Monday night, just after they closed at 8pm. I spoke with Mr. Patel, who confirmed they had them in stock. On Tuesday, I took off from work and drove several hours from Orlando to the dealership. When I arrived, Mr. Patel apologized, saying he had tried to call me, but hadn't written down my number correctly. (Perhaps an honest mistake.) He told me that they didn't have any in stock; they sold the last one last night. (Hmmm...after they closed. Possible, but unlikely.) I asked him how often they updated their web site inventory; he said every night. He then offered, after wasting my time for another hour, to "find one" for only $500 over their advertised price. When I pointed out that the web site still showed them in stock, and showed him the advertised price, he refused to honor it. This kind of bait and switch has been illegal for years. Alas, unscrupulous dealers such as Regal still try to sucker people into it. AVOID THEM. More
I was drawn to Regal Acura and especially both Billy Ray and Al because of a bad experience I had at another dealer. I was extremely pleased at how terrific these two gentlemen were and how we were able to do business quickly without any hitches or hassles. They are true professionals who really know how to treat a customer. Both Al and Billy Ray are real gentlemen with the "Service Gene" embedded into their DNA. I am particularly pleased with the way Billy Ray kept me informed every step of the way towards my purchase. I would especially like to thank Mr. Billy Ray Morrison for being such a wonderful consultant, he was extremely friendly, honest and what we liked most out of our experience with him was that he actually took the time to explain absolutely everything about the car we were purchasing, there was no rush to get us out of there, to the contrary, it was like talking to someone we already knew for a long time. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to buy/lease a car to take the time to go to this dealer and please ask for Billy Ray he won't dissapoint. More
