My current lease vehicle is coming to it's end.And I recieved a special offer Gmc headquarters so I went to Regal Gmc in Lskeland wow what a bad experience .The flyer I had said 319 a month the deal was recieved a special offer Gmc headquarters so I went to Regal Gmc in Lskeland wow what a bad experience .The flyer I had said 319 a month the deal was 398 a month.the odometer on the paper work said 26 when I test drive the vehicle 318 they never change the paper work saying it would not be a problem with the warranty .The worse is coming they told me everything was good I walk out with a 2011GMC ARCADIA after two week with the vehicle they call me Friday July1,2011 to tell me tht the paper work was ready when I get there on July 2,2011 they told me that the bank didn't approve the loan and I didn't have enough income why did they let me leave with the vehicle I woint go back there again they embarrassed me Mr.Saul Campsi I was goin to go to Kelley Gmc I should of gone More
Regal Honda is the best auto sales team I have worked with in my 60 years! After working with a number South Florida dealers, we could not find the Honda Pilot we preferred! This led to the Regal Honda web page. I just filled out their inquiry form and in a very short time, Sonia contacted me to confirm my interest. This dealership uses a team approach like none I have seen. They do whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied and cared. My research of Regal proved many others hold the same high opinion. What sets them apart in my experience follows: They were friendly, they listened, they worked, they responded to my questions, kept their word, they overcame obstacles, they found our car across the state, flat-bedded it in, they worked out the best price and arrangement I could find anywhere,and they made the whole process enjoyable and worth the 238 mile drive to buy a car! On a scale of 1-10, I rate the company as a NINE.The sales manager is excellent. The Finance manager was friendly and offered good advice but did not list my request for a new Tag/registration. I was not able to reach the tag/title agent because she was never available. I will have an ordeal explaining to the DMV why REGAL printed a tag number on my title today,(4/25/2011) that was cancelled on March 23,2011 by my former insurance company who HAS NO CONNECTION WITH MY NEW CAR. The plate does not exist. I tried to contact the department before the temporary tag expired and was told not to worry. I have no transportation to work because REGAL did not monitor or follow-up toensure customer satisfaction aftr they received my downnpayment which was 100 dollars more than requested!!!!!! More

If you want to go to a dealer that will definitely send you jumping through hoops to get you into a car, then this is the place. I was told one thing from one person, and another when it came time to do paperwork. Now I'm not one to usually complain, but after the mixed reviews I heard about this dealership, this is the real story. Not to mention after I did get into my new car, I was bombarded with emails, junk mail, and constant phone calls about service reminders and other sales things. I understand its in the paperwork, but this is not what people want. More
We spent lots of time trying to select our best choice for a new SUV. We were trading in a Jeep Cherokee and had almost committed to purchasing a new 2011 Jeep. However, we spent lots of time with Robert Shiver (Sales Rep. with Regal Lakeland) considering a 2011 GMC Acadia instead. Robert was so easy to deal with and was not the least bit pushy. He was very professional and told us everything that we needed to know about the Acadia along with other GMC products. Once we had made the decision to go with a GMC vehicle, Chris Imes was also very informative and helpful with our final decision of purchase. Both Robert and Chris were very patient as we asked questions and went for trial drives of different vehicles. It was clear to see that there was a lot of "friendly" teamwork between the two. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly each time we went into the dealership. We came away feeling that we had met some very nice and professional young people. We now consider them our friends and look forward to going back for our regular services. Very easy to see that we were very impressed! By the way, we love the Acadia! More
