I find the price reasonable, especially if you can find a coupone in one of the local magazines. The job is always done right the first time with the right parts and warrenty to go with it. If you arn't frendly here you most likely won't last long, because everyone at Regal is... And My car is always cleaned inside and out when handed back over to me... how cool is that! I recently went to Regal used cars on the north side with some friends of mine who were in search of a vehicle. Little did I know I was the one who would end up buying one. It was late when we got there so the dealership had already began closing, however Maurice was not fased by that at all. Great experience. Came in - told Aven what I was looking for and he showed me what they had on the lot. We found a car I really liked and we sat Dow with him and the manager and I got a price well below Ed for and he showed me what they had on the lot. They offered financing at a very competitive rate but I went with my credit union. Left the lot to get my insurance and financing. Called Aven and told him I was on the way - he was ready when I arrived. We had a quick test drive and he showed me all the features - helped me get the Bluetooth and XM going. Brought me over to the financing manager to get the title transfer and had my car detailed and filled up while I waited. Mike in financing was awesome - answered all my questions and was quick. Bottom line was I got my keys to my car and was on the road quickly. It was the second car I bought was Regal Honda this week and was a great experience again. More

When I showed up to look at some GMC trucks I was greeted by a very nice and helpful sales agent that was able to answer any questions I had. I had actually started out my car search at another dealership that was closer to where I live, but the sales team was so rude, I went out of my way to go to Regal because I had heard others mention wh dealership that was closer to where I live, but the sales team was so rude, I went out of my way to go to Regal because I had heard others mention what a great experience they'd had with buying from them. Kevin Dame was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and he was critical in helping me (who had at the time never before owned a Honda) to narrow down my choices to find the right car for me. Even though they did not have what I wanted on the lot, he drilled down on all the details of exactly what I wanted/needed the car to come with/without and ordered it for me. My new car came directly from the manufacturer to the dealership when it was ready, and Regal installed the leather that I had requested. It took a few weeks, but it was 100% worth the wait. I could not be any happier with my choice of vehicle and I am very appreciative of Kevin's assistance and patience in helping me to find it. I would highly recommend Regal Lakeland to anyone.
