We spent lots of time trying to select our best choice for a new SUV. We were trading in a Jeep Cherokee and had almost committed to purchasing a new 2011 Jeep. However, we spent lots of time with Robert Shiver (Sales Rep. with Regal Lakeland) considering a 2011 GMC Acadia instead. Robert was so easy to deal with and was not the least bit pushy. He was very professional and told us everything that we needed to know about the Acadia along with other GMC products. Once we had made the decision to go with a GMC vehicle, Chris Imes was also very informative and helpful with our final decision of purchase. Both Robert and Chris were very patient as we asked questions and went for trial drives of different vehicles. It was clear to see that there was a lot of "friendly" teamwork between the two. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly each time we went into the dealership. We came away feeling that we had met some very nice and professional young people.
