Sal, I have never met you, but I the mother-in-law of Sal, I have never met you, but I the mother-in-law of ....... In the past I have bought four Hondas from your Lakeland dealership. T..... against my wishes suggested that we go to Lakeland to see if your dealership had a Odyssey color I liked as Clermont, where I live, did not have anything I liked. The reason I didnt want to go back to your dealership is that years ago I let Jerry G..... talk me into a dud of a vehicle...a Mitsubishi...which ended up with all kinds of problems. T.. pretty much at that time did not want to go back to your dealership, but because Gunter was gone we did and purchased a Civic. But, on Monday, November 5, I agreed to give the dealership one more try. Boz was the epitome of a gentleman and found just what I wanted on your lot. I realize T... and Gil have had encounters in the past, but I really think your people glossed over the incident that made us leave. T... was only, initially, trying to help to find out why the phones were not being answered. Gil approached T.. and me to say he had done as well as he could do with the car deal. Sal, I almost said at that point for us to leave because everything he said was in such a condescending, put -on manner. Things went from bad to worse, and I honestly thought he was going to actually become physical with ...., even (yelling at this point) . Gil made a big issue of making it sound like .... had pulled a gun on him. Yes, customers and salesmen all were hearing this, but had your manager remained calm and not started yelling like he had been done an injustice, and spoken in a normal voice, we would have been driving the van from Lakeland Honda now instead of one from Ocala Honda. I taught school for thirty years in Florida and 12 years in Polk County , and I have never witnessed nor been involved in such a childish display of anger by anyone in a responsible position as I saw in Gil. I live in a retirement community of motor home owners, and since driving into the park of 152 lots, all I have had were comments about my beautiful Odyssey...where did I get it, did I get a good deal, etc. I regret having to tell you that I tell them Honda of Ocala , a fantastic deal, smooth transaction, and a wonderful experience. I also tell them if they are in the market for a new Honda (40% of the motor home owners drive CRV's at the present) to please go to Ocala ...not Lakeland Regal Honda or Chevrolet, Acura or GMC. I simply cannot send anyone to your dealership after having such a humiliating experience with Gil. I was so dumbfounded that they DID tell us to leave and never come back...contrary to the story you were told. I am sure you will survive without ....'s business, but it is the reputation gained from this incident which eventually will make some impact on your dealership. I am seventyseven years old, but I will never the rest of life refer anyone to Lakeland Honda. I will be sending this email to my entire list which is in the hundreds. I will ask everyone who receives it to send it to their entire list as a warning of doing business with with any Regal dealership. The entire gist of the email is to let you know that the way the incident happened and what you were told happened do not in any way resemble one another. If you choose to retain Gil in your employment, then I hope he goes to an anger management class and learns to deal with all kinds of people from all walks of life in a more calm, professional manner. We were very impressed with JT, both his knowledge and professionalism were commendable and in addition he was very personable. If we have friends in the market for a vehicle we would highly recommend JT professionalism were commendable and in addition he was very personable. There was an issue with scratches on our new vehicle and it was addressed and resolved in a timely manner much to our satisfaction and the vehicle was delivered as promised. I bought a 2012 Honda CR-V in April of 2012. After a few weeks the vehicle started giving me troubles with the rear brakes grinding. I then contacted Gil Mien and he worked with me to get me into another vehicle. Kevin Dame was my sales person and he did a wonderful job. Honda Regal Dealership is a place where I feel you can get professional and courteous service. I would recommnd the Dealership to all. Thanks for making dealings with you very pleasant. More

This is the 4th new vehicle I've purchased from Regal, 2 Acura's and 2 Honda's. Why go anywhere else when you can get superb service from a local dealer? I was a HUGE Billy Ray Morrison customer and HOPED I would get similiar service from my next "salesman". J.T. met us at the door and made us welcomed from the very start. I did not intend to buy a new car that day, just wanted to look at one. I left several hours later with a new Honda Pilot....great salesman you have Regal! I also found my NEW Billy Ray. JT was pleasant, informative, polite and made me feel like he was working for me, the customer, as well as Regal. With his personality and devotion to detail, he should go very far in the company! I am faithful Honda owner. I have owned 3 Hondas since I have been an adult. The last Honda I purchased was 7 years ago and if not for the head gasket blowing I would have kept the car. However, after that incident and being a recent graduate I felt that it was time to upgrade and get something a little more sophisticated. I live in Tampa and after extensive research in the area I could not find any really good deals. So, I started looking at car dealerships in Lakeland. My uncle has purchased several cars from Regal Lakeland and a family friend of mine told me that she had a really wonderful experience there also. I went to the dealership Friday morning hoping, but not expecting to leave with a car. J.T. was the gentleman who assisted me throughout the entire process. He was polite, attentive, and professional above all. Coming from an extensive customer service background I was very impressed with his knowledge of cars and adhering to my needs as a customer. Needless to say with God's grace and J.T.'s assistance I am now the "HAPPY" owner of a 2009 Honda Accord. I was so happy with my experience and with J.T. as a sales consultant that I have confidently recommended him to others because I know they will not be disappointed. More
I had gotten a soliciation in the mail and expected with my credit and budget there was no way I could qualify, but decided to call anyway. JT was the salesman that answered the phone, and from beginging t my credit and budget there was no way I could qualify, but decided to call anyway. JT was the salesman that answered the phone, and from beginging to end I couldn't have been more pleased. He willingly talked to me on the phone first, heard me out about my concerns, but still encouraged me to come in to the dealership. Even though I live a little ways away and have a closer Honda dealership, I felt comfortable talking with him, so went in. He had already "done his homework" with the information I had given him, talked with finance, and had two possible vehicles ready for me to test drive. Needless to say I was shocked that ANY new vehicle would be possible, but then to have a choice was amazing. I did test drive one, but then my daughter wasn't feeling good, so I felt I should leave. JT was very nice about it, concerned for my daughter, and didn't pressure me at all to make a decision then or even ask when or if I was coming back. He just left me with information on my approval and figures. I still felt the bottom line was too high for me, but with a few back and forth phone calls he was able to make the deal happen, with ideas (such as a different insurance carrier) that made all the figures work. He even delivered the car to my home since with my work schdule and driving distance it would be several days before I'd be able to return to the dealership. He definitely went way above and beyond what I would ever expect from a salesman. The entire process was so easy and pleasant with definitely no hard pressure, just common sense answers to what I thought were unsurmountable problems. I would definitely recommend JT to anyone. More
