When we got close to a deal, the Sales Manager, Kevin, met with us and wanted to know what he could do to make us feel comfortable with a purchase. We expressed our desires and he was willing to meet our needs. In closing the deal, the Business Manager, Tom Pardo, was very honest and personable and completed our outstanding purchase experience. This is the 18th vehicle we have bought as a family, and the first Acura we have owned. The treatment we received from the Regal Acura team will keep us coming back! I wanted to buy a 2013 Honda Civic s Would you recommend this dealership: Yes, absolutely. My experience with Regal Honda was a very positive one. I wanted to buy a 2013 Honda Civic so I thought I would start my quest of getting one by browsing the internet and calling the Honda dealers that were nearby my area. After almost a month of online search and contacting seven (yes, seven) Honda dealers all from Central Florida I became a bit frustrated as none of the dealers were willing to negotiate with me, not even close to my target price. I kept searching but this time I changed zip codes and increased the ratio of miles and that is when I found the Regal Lakeland website. I am so glad I did. After initially browsing their site and seeing all the positive reviews in the dealerrater I decided to contact Regal. To my surprise Regal did not only meet my target the employee who took my call (Ms. Lucy) also sounded like she truly (and I mean truly) wanted to work with me which was something I did not see in the other dealers I previously contacted. I have to admit however that Regal was a little too far for me (about 100 miles from where I live) and thus that made me hesitate quite a bit. Should I really make such a long trip to buy a car? But after my experience with them I must say that it was definitively worth the trip. From the moment I stepped in their door to the moment I left everybody was very professional and courteous. Because Regal is a bit far from my home I contacted them mostly via email and thru the phone and their internet sales specialist (Ms. Lucy) was just a delight to work with. Lucy provided lots of information on the Civic I was interested in buying and also answered all my questions in a very professional way. After ironing out all the details of the sale I decided to make an appointment to visit Regal. Upon my arrival to the dealer a floor sales consultant was then assigned to me (Ms. Wanda) and let me tell you is been years since the last time I saw a person as dynamic and organized as Ms. Wanda. Upon arrival Ms. Wanda was already up to speed, with my paperwork ready on her desk for me to review and even had the Civic waiting outside to conduct a visual inspection and a test drive. Everything was conducted very professionally, without a glitch and with no pressure at all! This was my first purchase with Regal Honda and after of what I experienced I am definitively returning. Even if I have to travel another hundred miles to get my next vehicle. Lucy, I very much appreciated it everything you did for me thank you so much for the help. I went to 5 Honda car dealers from Orlando to Lakeland, including where I purchased my last Honda, not even there where I was already a customer they were willing to give me the numbers I needed. I recently purchased a car with Regal and they worked on every aspect. I will commend "J.T" for his hard work and dedication. The only down fault I found it was after the fact, less than 24hrs I brought the car back, I found a couple blemishes and the Sales Manager Joe Herrington told us too bad the car is already yours and Honda will not accept the claim. At the moment when I decided to return the car, Bruce then said go talk to J.T and see what they can do. Bruce was very accommodating and he was put in an awkward position. I approached Joe and explained what was going on. He stated again there was nothing they can do at the point, I reply yes you can start the process to return this vehicle. He said nothing, all he did was continue doing numbers. 15 min. went by my wife, my 1 yr old and I where just standing there, not eye contact, not I'm sorry, nothing just left there. After 15min my wife approached Joe again and ask what are we doing? He reply on a mean tone I ALREADY PAGE JT DIDN'T YOU HEAR THE INTERCOM? My wife told him the we were the customer and he was a "manager" to please show some respect, not one was been disrespectful for him to talk to us in the tone. He asked her: "what would you like me to do? Stop working a deal for you????? What a jack xxx response coming from a manager, really? Joe need a attitude adjustment as he may run away some customers in the future. Other then that I am extremely please including with the general manager who contact us a day later to make us a better offer then all Honda dealers around, thank you Mr. May and you have won a customer for a while More
I have been searching for a car and did some research online. I like the GMC Acadia and Darrel Montgomery at Regal was very helpful to me. He spent a lot of time with me and my family explaining the car, design, and all the different "bells and whistles." He gave me information on other models too. He gave us a tour of the service department and introduced us to some of the other employees who work there. We even received lunch. We took a car for a test drive but I liked a different color better, so he found that color for me. Just to make sure if I like or want the car, Regal allowed me to take the car for a day. Having the car for the day was a deciding factor since I got the feel of the car much better. When I returned the car, Darrel answered every one of my questions. He gave me all the information on financing and/or leasing a car. They would give me a very fair price on my trade-in. The financing department was very friendly and explained each step to finance the car. Everyone was so helpful, especially when my daughter locked the keys in my trade-in car. We had an appointment to make and Regal let us take the car home for the weekend. When I returned on Monday, I knew I wanted to purchase the car at Regal because of all the help and service they gave me. My daughter is ready to purchase an Acadia for herself. Thank you Darrel More
