Excellent customer service Due to a recent car accident, I found myself car shopping. While I was familiar with the brand, I had done little to no research given my situation. Due to a recent car accident, I found myself car shopping. While I was familiar with the brand, I had done little to no research given my situation. My experience at Honda was extremely positive. My sales specialist, Michael Greenhowsenior, was extremely PATIENT and informative. He gave me the room I needed to think and did not push me into making a quick decision. I test drove a few vehicles and and decided on the Honda Civic EX. The hardest part of my visit was not the negotiation but rather deciding on a color. While other dealerships are eager to make a sale, Honda and Michael aim for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Regal Honda and Michael! More

Mike took care of me the moment I walked through those doors with a great personality and positive attitude. Although I was struggling with my color choice (Sounds silly, I know) Mike was very patient with me, needless to say I am very very impressed. I was in and out of there in just a few hours with the car of my dreams!! It was worth the 60 mile drive. Earlier this week I purchased a new Honda, and it was an interesting experience for me, sitting on the other side of the desk. Here's why. Prior to r Earlier this week I purchased a new Honda, and it was an interesting experience for me, sitting on the other side of the desk. Here's why. Prior to retiring, I spent 35 years in the retail car business. I was a service adviser, a service manager, a sales consultant, a sales manager, and had just about every other job at a dealership except working in the collision center. Because I was a manager, I had company vehicles, so I hadn't purchased a car for years, So, 7 years later, retired and now living in Florida, not knowing anyone, it was time for a new car. Thanks to the Internet, car prices are fairly transparent. Anyone with some rudimentary research skills can quickly determine how much a dealer paid for a vehicle and about how much that vehicle should sell for. The approximate value of a trade-in can be determined in a similar manner. Thanks to websites like "Autotrader.Com" and "Cars. Com" I knew which dealers in the area had the model I wanted, with the equipment I wanted, in the color I wanted. I knew how much the car should sell for, I knew approximately what my trade-in was worth, and I knew about how much profit I thought the dealer should make, so I emailed the dealers that had what I wanted, and told them, politely, what I'd pay, including everything. The dealers that attempted to xxxxxxxx me were deleted ("My used car manager is looking for cars like yours!!!!") The dealers that told me "Call us!" were deleted because I didn't want to talk to someone on the phone, I wanted something in writing, because a business agreement in writing leaves no room for misunderstanding. Regal Honda, and sales consultant Andre Betances did exactly what I wanted. Andre found the car I wanted, communicated my offer to his manager, who accepted my offer, (assuming my trade-in was as I'd described it) I arrived at the dealership and there were no surprises, which, honestly WAS a surprise, because over 35 years in the car business I'd seen 'em all. ("Oh, the price we quoted you didn't include the undercoating and the fabric treatment"). So, the best surprise was no surprise. Again, our sales consultant, Andre Betances, was awesome. The only reason I didn't give the store a superior rating was what I perceived to be a lack of friendliness in the sales department (except for Andre, of course) I was at the dealer for about 2 hours, there were dealership employees all over, and NONE of them smiled or said "hello", mostly because they had their heads in their phones. The sales manager didn't come out of his/her office to say "Hi, and thanks for your purchase", In fact, the friendliest person on the sales floor (except for Andre) wasn't even in sales, she was the cashier!
