If i could give -10 i would. They first tried to scam me into a car. Saying they could do this price for so many months, then i get there and instead of a 5 year loan, they were They first tried to scam me into a car. I even explained i didnt want to do more then 5 years but came to me "we have the deal you want, just gotta sign" i had to read for myself they wanted 2 more years. Then i get the extra warranties. One was for minor dent and ding. I try to call and file a claim and the warranty people said they couldnt do it because if the paint missing. So i text the guy who helped me do the warranties and ive literally had to bother him CONSTANTLY and barely get any responses. MY ISSUE IS ONLY FIXED BECAUSE I GOT NASTY. TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. More

This was my first purchase from a dealership and I was so anxious. Both Mathew and Camden Keller put my fears at ease and gained a forever customer. I visited this dealership twice. They were busy both times and yet their customer service never wavered. These guys showed me that not all car salesman are dishonest and pushy. Mathew was so patient and kind. He explained all of the different finance/ lease options many times until I fully understood, felt comfortable and ready to move forward. He was honest and upfront during the entire process. Camden is the reason that I made the one hour drive to this specific dealership . For days, he patiently answered my questions and sent photos. He learned about my needs and lifestyle and then tailored his recommendations to fit me and not the biggest sale. I am so grateful for both of these gentleman. I will recommend them to everyone that I encounter who needs a car. This is a big purchase and not feeling like you are walking into a lions den is everything. Thanks guys. More

Went to regal to shop for a new CRV. Thomas and his salesman Camden were excellent and listened to my wants and needs. Oil change to 2012 Acura TSX. Mechanic did not re-install plastic cover over bottom of engine. Been 2 months, never noticed. Cant prove it. They just did not want to do the extra Mechanic did not re-install plastic cover over bottom of engine. Been 2 months, never noticed. Cant prove it. They just did not want to do the extra work. Still charged me around $100. Maybe its such a pain Mechanic just leaves them off. Now lots of dirt on bottom. I'll just spray gunk and power wash for now on. Not worth the money and time to buy another. They use to charge half that price AND vacuum out the car. Worth it back then, not any more. Never had prior Mechanics here leave plastic off. I'll just change it myself for now on. Not even sure they changed the oil and filter, Who knows. I don't remember the people I talked with. I choose a random person and gave a good review to get around this robot filter. More
