Vehicle was taken to Regal GMC for a scheduled visit to provide an estimate for cost of replacement of an engine motor mount (driver's side) and possible replacement if estimate was reasonable. At pick up, I was charged $96 for "diagnostic services" that were not requested since diagnostic services had been completed previously. The service representative was difficult to reach, curt, and condescending. All previous experiences with Regal GMC have been very good, so this was a very disappointing visit. More
