Service department was well staffed and provided excellent customer service. I was early for my appointment and they got me in right away. Communications were good from the beginning. All I can say about these guys is if there is a deal to be made they will find it. When everyone else said no they said yes. That being said I did have to meet there terms. Vehicle was taken to Regal GMC for a scheduled visit to provide an estimate for cost of replacement of an engine motor mount (driver's side) and possible replacement if estimate was reasonable. Estimate w provide an estimate for cost of replacement of an engine motor mount (driver's side) and possible replacement if estimate was reasonable. Estimate was $1000, so replacement was declined. At pick up, I was charged $96 for "diagnostic services" that were not requested since diagnostic services had been completed previously. The service representative was difficult to reach, curt, and condescending. All previous experiences with Regal GMC have been very good, so this was a very disappointing visit. More
