Regal GMC - Service Center

We dropped our car off on Friday for an oil change and to check a few things out and kept my car overnight. I could not get anyone to communicate with me and we were leaving on a trip on Monday. Thank you for asking my opinion. I’m greatly disappointed with Regal GMC. I’ve give them an opportunity to make right by a sale and they have dropped the ball twice. Please don’t sell a paint protectant for $1000 and not apply it. I drive almost two hours to have my vehicle serviced and maintained where it was purchased for maximum protection with stability of same service/company each visit. I will not recommend Regal GMC to anyone I care about. We are all out here living on a prayer and getting robbed by hungry salesmen with zero follow through. 0/10 would not recommend. More

Dealer didn't verify that they had the proper parts even though I made the appointment a week in advance. If they would have notified me I wouldn't have wasted half a day and gallons of gas.
