Was unable to get a hold of my service adviser. When I called I would get the run around and never got an update until it was completed. Had to call several times and still got no update. When I arrived, there was a long line of vehicles waiting to be checked-in for service. I waited approximately 30 minutes to drop off the car. During this time, I noted that there was little activity or effo to be checked-in for service. I waited approximately 30 minutes to drop off the car. My concerns about certain issues with my vehicle were not appropriately addressed. For instance, the operation of my side-view mirrors stutter when they fold in and out when locking the vehicle. The dealership claims this could not be replicated but it happened as soon as I went to get in the car from picking it up at the dealership. Additionally, a rear trunk button, which was deteriorated (manufacturing defect), was not replaced, and no coherent reason was given why this would not be replaced under warranty. As for the condition of the car upon its return to me, it was unwashed with handprints from the technician on the chrome and hood. This is unacceptable considering I paid over $700 to have the 30,000 mile service performed and that carwashs are supposed to be included as a 'perk' from having bought the vehicle there. The dealership does not offer loaner vehicles. I paid $80,000 for a new GMC Yukon SLT in 2021. One would think that there would be some preference and consideration given to customers who purchased high-value vehicles at the dealership to make them feel more valued than someone who bought a used Honda Civic. I've paid substantially less for Mercedes, BMW, and Volvos and other high-end luxury vehicles and have been provided with a courtesy vehicle for simple oil changes. The More
