I took my 2013 GMC Yukon in because the Service engine light was on. It was resolved quickly. However when I picked up my vehicle the radio was not working. I returned the truck that Monday. Regal couldn' light was on. It was resolved quickly. However when I picked up my vehicle the radio was not working. I returned the truck that Monday. Regal couldn't resolve the issue but they sent me to someone how could. However when I took my vehicle to the people that Regal sent me to when the company told Regal how much it would cost to fix my radio I was treated very badly Mr tim the service guy was very rude to me and treated me horribly when the people indicated how much it would cost to fix the radio because for some reason they said that the radio had a coin in it that's just hard for me to believe my radio was working just fine before I took my vehicle in and when I became very upset and explain to him that I use my radio a lot for my OnStar and when I am on the road with my vehicle I was downgraded and everything asking why did I think a radio was so important the radio is important to me because as a woman I am out on the road at different times of the night and traveling a lot with my job and I use my OnStar a lot and my phone through my radio and now I must hold my phone in my hand or use a Bluetooth which I do not want to use a Bluetooth I am paying a lot of money each month for a vehicle that has a non-working radio they at Regal did not try to rectify the situation I am very upset and if my vehicle ever needs any sort of service I will definitely not be taking it there and I will let everyone know how horrible I was treated by Mr Tim at Regal located at Lakeland Hills Boulevard also during my visit I was informed that I was calling a personal cell phone number of mr. Tim how would I know that as a customer that was the number that he had been using the whole entire time he was dealing with me with my vehicle and when I called inquiring about my radio then it was a problem with me calling his personal cell phone number I was not aware that at dealerships that he employee gives out his personal cell phone numbers to contact customers had I known that I would have never been calling his personal cell phone number for any kind of information in regards to my vehicle during my service that is very unprofessional and I want everyone to know if you deal with mr. Tim at Regal you will not be treated with any sort of respect 2 months later I am still looking for the same type of radio to be replaced in my vehicle Regal did not help me with that at all even though they indicate that they would not be paying for the radio to get fixed when it was working perfectly fine when I drop my vehicle off for a light that was on on my dashboard. I purchase my vehicle from Regal probably a little over a year ago and I have never had any sort of problems with a vehicle now I have a $30,000 vehicle that has a non-working radio I am very upset with Regal and I cannot believe that they treat customers in this manner More

According to my window sticker from when I purchased this truck, I have two year free maintenance, I didn’t receive that. Secondly I’m now missing the valve stem cap on my rear passenger tire and lastly I do truck, I have two year free maintenance, I didn’t receive that. Secondly I’m now missing the valve stem cap on my rear passenger tire and lastly I don’t see the need to move the driver seat when the tech is driving 1000 yards. I have tools and bins in my back seat that don’t move, luckily it didn’t damage the leather. More
