Took my tuck to Regal GMC for the first time and I was impressed by this dealership. Ray Taylor was my service advisor and handled my unique issue with a sense of urgency and care. Poor communication with service advisor and poor results with warranty repairs. Regal had my truck in 2 times for same problem. First fix truck ran 1 day, failed. 2nd fix truck ran 7 days, failed. 3rd time with warranty repairs. Regal had my truck in 2 times for same problem. First fix truck ran 1 day, failed. 2nd fix truck ran 7 days, failed. 3rd time took to different dealership. 20+ days in rental car from Regal Still didn’t fix vehicle. Called corporate GM, opened a case, they advised to use different dealership. NEW dealer repaired vehicle in 2 days, communicated thoroughly, and truck has been running for the past 3 weeks with no issue. Fingers crossed. Now I understand, it may be a GM issue, or a fail in the machine, but the service advisors at Regal had no empathy, tact or mindfulness…I almost felt like I was an inconvenience to them. The kindest person at the whole place was the courtesy driver taking me home the second time. She was an angel! More

Worst experience since I purchased my 2020 Acadia. I sat in the drive for nearly 30 minutes, one person came by about after waiting just to ask if I had an appointment, I Did and he told me the servic I sat in the drive for nearly 30 minutes, one person came by about after waiting just to ask if I had an appointment, I Did and he told me the service advisor would be right with me. The service advisor came out about 15 minutes after the first person. My appointment was to replace my windshield wipers front and back and change my oil. I waited 4 1/2 hours until the service agent returned as I waited in the waiting area. He returned to to tell me that they recommended a transmission fluid change and a tire balance. I found that odd as the tires were new and balanced and aligned. The car was also just Certified. How can that need a Transmission flush? I opted for the fluid flush and ask the service agent how long it would take since I had already been there for 3 1/2 hours. He told me 30 minutes. I waited over an hour before he told me they were pulling the car back in for the service. I do not blame the service agent as for an hour or long he and the service mgr. were the only two working the drive. Also when I got in the car, the oil read 8% and the change oil soon message was on the screen. This all would have been ok had had I not pick up my wife who was waiting for me at the Watson clinic cancer center. More
