I was at the dealership for nearly 5 hours. I had my tires rotated and a battery change and they also did a motor diagnosis. The battery was the only thing that really needed to be done. Had I know they were going to be short staffed I would have requested a different appointment date etc. but I leave and none of my tire pressure sensors were working (I knew 1 of them were out previously) and my battery voltage was already low on the new battery. I got a service call and explained to them about it and no remedy was offered and that’s even after I called and talked to my service manager. Was a complete waste of my time and money. I’ll find another ship to do any work from here out. More

I brought my truck in for a check engine light and the transmission shudder issue with GMC Sierra's with 8-speed transmission, they fixed both of those and changed the oil, however, the truck had 21,907 m transmission shudder issue with GMC Sierra's with 8-speed transmission, they fixed both of those and changed the oil, however, the truck had 21,907 miles and they did not do the full 22.5k scheduled maintenance, they did not even ask if I wanted it done, so I guess in 600 miles I will have to bring it back in, could have been better at being proactive. Oh also set up the call with Alex Rosario as the advisor as they said since it is a Denali I should go through him. Still waiting for a call back from him, also when I got there the sign on the door said, go to Honda service....ummm why was I told to go through him when I bought the truck More

My home is over 30 miles from Regal GMC and I prefer their service over other dealers who are located much closer. The reason why the service is great, reasonable and friendly.
