Regal North lot sold me a lemon. You didn’t inspect this GMC Acadia correct (lack thereof) and now it needs $2,600 worth of work done. Literally, not even one week off the lot. I took my 2018 GMC Arcadia with 34,600 miles back to Regal for a recurring problem. I was disappointed and upset when they were going to charge me to fix the problem this time because the bumper to bump Regal for a recurring problem. I was disappointed and upset when they were going to charge me to fix the problem this time because the bumper to bumper warranty had expired. After working with the Service manager to find a satisfactory solution, the dealership fixed my problem and did not charge me anything. I was very happy it all worked out and I will be bringing my car back for service in the future. What started out bad.... ended up very good and what I hoped for!! More
