I was in for an oil change and recall on 7/24/21. After two hours I come out to my vehicle and there is a noticeable scratch/ding on my driver side door. I showed the service man (Ray Taylor) who tried to two hours I come out to my vehicle and there is a noticeable scratch/ding on my driver side door. I showed the service man (Ray Taylor) who tried to clear it with waxing spray. The paint was obviously damage and he advised me a manager would call me on Monday 7/26. I tried calling after not hearing from a manager and finally got a a call back from Tony Cooper on 7/28 He advised he would look into this and call me back. I have yet to hear back from management to see how this is going to be resolved. This may not be a big deal to your company but it is for me because this is a brand new vehicle. More
Great service by Ray. Expected better on car wash. Did not vacuum car. Always did in the past. Hard for me to visit since I work in tampa,, expect everything completed well when I am there since I have to not vacuum car. Always did in the past.
